These light-up floral crowns are meant to fit on most head sizes via headband and include ribbons that can be left dangling down with your hair. 
To turn on lights: Flip the small black switch on one end with the white battery pack to on.
To replace batteries: Unscrew the small screws holding the batteries in place and replace with a coin battery.
